About Guitarganza
Guitarganza was created by the Piedmont Guitar Society as a day festival celebrating the Piedmont’s richness in guitar education. An annual event until 2020, this year Guitarganza is presented by a cohort of area educators and staff from Guilford County Schools & GCS Arts. Guitarganza will bring together students, educators, and guitar enthusiasts to celebrate and promote guitar education. Organized in collaboration with the Piedmont Guitar Society, this event features ensemble performances, masterclasses led by renowned clinicians, and opportunities for students to connect with the broader guitar community. The goal of Guitarganza is to inspire growth, foster connections, and advocate for comprehensive guitar programs in public schools.
